At Avitra, we do not accept returns. However, we are happy to offer exchanges in case of a defective, damaged, incorrect, or size-related issue with your order.

  • We do not accept returns. Exchanges are offered for defective, damaged, incorrect products, or size issues only.

  • Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags intact.

  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

  • Reverse pickup is available only in locations covered by our courier partner (Blue Dart).

  • If reverse pickup is not available in your area, you will need to self-ship the product to us.

  • To request an exchange, please contact our customer care at 9033973000 during office hours.

  • Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your exchange accordingly.
